This is a loyalty program and a stored value program. Your participation in this program constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below:

1. Offer good at Blackstone Steakhouse, Insignia Prime Steak & Sushi, One10, Opus Steakhouse, Rare650, and Bijou.
2. Reward Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. There is no cost to participate in the Good Life Rewards program.
4. Purchases are required to accumulate Good Life Rewards points.
5. A check - in code must be presented at the time of purchase to receive rewards points. This code is auto generated by the guest from their app anytime during their meal.
6. No Rewards points from previous loyalty programs can be applied to this program.
7. You will earn one reward point for every dollar spent not to include discounts, comps, gift cards sold, tax, service charges and gratuity.
8. Rewards points may be earned only by the Good Life Rewards member that pays the check.
9. Rewards points will not be issued on the sale of Gift cards. Rewards points will only be issued on the redemption of Gift cards.
10. You do not need to present a receipt to receive a reward. Rewards are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated on your app.
11. Rewards are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
12. Voided items will reduce the Rewards points by the voided amount until the credit total reached.
13. Rewards points cannot go negative.
14. Rewards points cannot be transferred between cards.
15. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, rewards points will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running again.
16. Anthony Scotto Restaurants can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.
17. Anthony Scotto Restaurants reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, within the stated expiration date.
18. Anthony Scotto Restaurants reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized Good Life Rewards points are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.
19. Employees of Anthony Scotto Restaurants and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
20. Good life points may be used at all participating Anthony Scotto Restaurants retail locations.
21. By electing to participate in the Good Life Rewards Program, you specifically have "Opted In" to receive e-mail and text alerts to notify you of updates to your account, account balances and rewards status, and notifications of new activities and promotions related to these and other programs in the Anthony Scotto Restaurants. The standard Privacy Policy is in effect for all other circumstances.
22. Rewards points will be issued on the NET amount of any check - that is after any discounts or coupons have been applied.
23. The redemption of the Good Life Reward points may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer on the same transaction, table, or visit.
24. You may not accumulate Rewards points on the same transaction or visit in which you redeem the Rewards Dollars.
25. ALL REWARDS AND VALUES are stored on your app. You MUST present the check in code that is generated from your app on each visit in order to accumulate rewards points, and claim the rewards.
26. Your account balance and rewards list may be checked at any time from this Check Balance Link.
27. All Good Life Rewards will expire and all points will be forfeited after 13 consecutive months with no activity.
28. These rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Anthony Scotto Restaurants
29. Points may not be redeemed toward any catered or banquet functions.
30. No guest may have more than one active good life account at any one time.
31. Not redeemable on holidays.
